More about the Pilates Classes

Small Groups are like Semi Private sessions with the possibility of additional partners. These sessions can have up to 5 people at once, depending on the client’s level. Each client must have experience working on the apparatus and needs to be able to move through their program without the constant attention of the instructor. Small Groups are social and fun, they are a great way to meet people in the community.
Pilates mat classes utilize the same fundamental movements as the Pilates equipment. Pilates mat exercises are done without the assistance of springs, pulleys and bars for stabilization. Mat is fun and can adapted to all fitness levels.
The most popular workout spreading the nation right now utilizes a custom surfboard aparatus. This interval based training is used to strenthen your core, improve your balance, and increase your endurance. Using the principles of surfing, and an actual surfboard aparatus makes this a really fun and effective way to excercise!
